Ingredients/Components
- milk
- egg yolks - 4 item
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 3 Tbsp
- cooked asparagus
How to make asparagus souffle:
Blend oil, 1/2 cup milk and parsley in double boiler. Add 1 cup milk, stirring until mixture thickens. Cool to lukewarm. Beat in egg yolks. Add asparagus. Turn into a greased casserole and bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Main dish.
