  • eggs - 2 item
  • can cream style corn - 1 item
  • stick melted oleo - 1 item
  • salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 item
  • cup sour cream - 1 item
  • small box corn muffin mix - 1 item

How to make corn casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Makes a large bowl.

(To lighten the recipe, substitute 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt for sour cream, decrease eggs to 1, and decrease oleo to 1/4 cup - you won't taste the difference!)
