Ingredients/Components
- Butter - 1 item
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Pint Sour Cream - 1 item
- 1/2 - 2 Cups Cooked Minute Rice - 1 item
- Cans Chopped Green Chilies - 2 item
How to make mom's rice casserole:
Cook rice and add 1 tablespoon of butter while cooking. Let cool. Pour sour cream over rice and mix well. Butter a casserole dish, pour in rice mixture and add green chilies and cheddar cheese. Mix all together and top with 2 tablespoons of butter.Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
