Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked, sliced potatoes, drained - 2 c
How to make company potatoes:
Saute green pepper and onion in butter until browned. Add flour and stir. Add milk; stir until smooth and thickened. Add salt and pepper. Place potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Pour sauce mixture over potatoes; mix slightly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
