Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- tbsp margarine - 4 item
- oz sour cream - 8 item
- oz cream cheese - 8 item
- to 10 medium sized potatoes, sliced - 8 item
How to make company potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender. Cream margarine, sour cream and cream cheese. Add hot, drained potatoes and beat until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and them add onion. Put in a well greased two-quart baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
