- butter - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can chicken soup - 1 1/2
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- 4 oz - 1 c
- cornflakes - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup of butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Crush cornflakes and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
