  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 lb
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • pecans optional - 1/2 c
  • Sift together the next 4 ingredients

How to make coffee cake:

Cream together the first 3 ingredients. Sift together the next 4 ingredients. Add the sifted items alternately with the other ingredients.

Spread 1/2 of batter in pan, then sprinkle with 1/2 of filling mixture, then sprinkle the rest of filling on top.Filling:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. pecans (optional) Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
