- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- coconut
- pecans - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
How to make coconut pecan frosting:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thick. Add coconut and pecans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
