  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut
  • pecans - 1 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c

How to make coconut pecan frosting:

Melt butter in saucepan. Add milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thick. Add coconut and pecans.
