Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- coconut
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
How to make coconut pecan frosting:
Cook milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thick, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans and beat until cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
