  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • coconut
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 c

How to make coconut pecan frosting:

Cook milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thick, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans and beat until cool.
