Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- coconut
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- sticks butter or oleo - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
- Add eggs and vanilla
- large can Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add to butter mixture. Fold in coconut and pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. While cake is still hot, spread on top the Marshmallow Creme. Cool cake. Frost.Frosting:1 stick butter or oleo1 box powdered sugar1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. milk1 Tbsp. vanilla Melt butter and cocoa.
