  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • medium apples - 2 item
  • pecans or walnuts - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix flour, sugar, salt and soda. Peel and chop apples. Mix with pecans. Pour in oil, well beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
