Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
How to make coconut custard:
Mix sugar and flour together. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted butter, milk and flavoring. Add pinch of salt and mix well. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in oven at 375°. Use 2 or 3 pie shells.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Coconut.
