- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 2 pkg
- box Duncan Hines yellow butter recipe cake mix - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Icing:16 oz. sour cream2 pkg. frozen coconut2 c. powdered sugar1 large container Cool Whip Bake cake as directed on package. Split layers to make 4 layers. Cool.Icing: Mix sour cream, coconut and powdered sugar. Spread enough between layers to fill. Add Cool Whip to remaining frosting; mix well. Put icing on top and sides of cake.
