Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 lb
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- semi-sweet chocolate bits - 1 pkg
- cans Angel Flake coconut - 2 item
- Chill for 1 hour
- ground pecans optional - 1 c
How to make coconut bonbons:
Mix all ingredients well, roll in balls about size of walnut. Chill for 1 hour.Coating:1/2 block paraffin1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits Melt paraffin and chocolate bits. Dip bonbons and lay on waxed paper to cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Cheese.
