Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- cans flaked coconut - 2 item
- pecans, chopped fine - 1 c
- boxes confectioners sugar - 2 lb
- semi-sweet chocolate bits
- Coating:1/2 block paraffin
How to make coconut bonbons:
Mix all ingredients and form into bite size balls, chill.Coating:1/2 block paraffin1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits Melt paraffin and chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate and set on waxed paper to set up.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Cheese.
