  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • cans flaked coconut - 2 item
  • pecans, chopped fine - 1 c
  • boxes confectioners sugar - 2 lb
  • semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • Coating:1/2 block paraffin

How to make coconut bonbons:

Mix all ingredients and form into bite size balls, chill.Coating:1/2 block paraffin1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits Melt paraffin and chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate and set on waxed paper to set up.
