Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • coconut
  • margarine - 1/2 Tbsp
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • mini marshmallows - 1/4 c
  • paraffin wax - 1 item
  • mashed pumpkin - 1 c
  • spoons sour cream - 3 item

How to make coconut bonbons:

Combine first 4 ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and shape into balls, using about 1/8 cup of mixture for each ball.

Melt margarine in a small saucepan and add honey. Heat thoroughly. Using 2 forks, roll balls quickly in this glaze, coating balls. Next, roll balls in chopped nuts. Place balls in buttered, shallow baking dish, spacing them 1-inch apart. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
