Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- coconut
- margarine - 1/2 Tbsp
- honey - 1/4 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- mini marshmallows - 1/4 c
- paraffin wax - 1 item
- mashed pumpkin - 1 c
- spoons sour cream - 3 item
How to make coconut bonbons:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and shape into balls, using about 1/8 cup of mixture for each ball.Melt margarine in a small saucepan and add honey. Heat thoroughly. Using 2 forks, roll balls quickly in this glaze, coating balls. Next, roll balls in chopped nuts. Place balls in buttered, shallow baking dish, spacing them 1-inch apart. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
