Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- Old Bay - 1/4 tsp
- little Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- onion, ground up - 1 item
- ground up clams - 1 qt
- celery, ground up - 1 item
How to make clam fritters:
Mix all of the ingredients except clams together, then add clams. Fry in hot grease until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Clams.
