Ingredients/Components

  • half and half - 1/2 c
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 1
  • finely chopped onion - 1 c
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • shrimp - 1 lb
  • lobster meat - 1 lb
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • scallops - 1 lb
  • Old Bay - 1 tsp
  • yellow mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • green peppers, finely diced - 3 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise lite can be used - 2 c

How to make seafood imperial:

Mix the first 12 ingredients. Lightly steam any uncooked seafood. Gently work seafood into mixture. Arrange in individual shells or casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
