Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 1
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- shrimp - 1 lb
- lobster meat - 1 lb
- crab meat - 1 lb
- scallops - 1 lb
- Old Bay - 1 tsp
- yellow mustard - 1 Tbsp
- green peppers, finely diced - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise lite can be used - 2 c
How to make seafood imperial:
Mix the first 12 ingredients. Lightly steam any uncooked seafood. Gently work seafood into mixture. Arrange in individual shells or casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Seafood.
