  • parsley flakes - 1 item
  • mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • saltine crackers, crushed
  • crushed red pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all together. Roll in balls or patties. Fry in hot grease.
