  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • clams - 2 c

How to make clam fritters:

Mince clams and mix into batter. Drop mixture by tablespoonful into frypan and brown well.
