Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 6 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, diced - 4 item
  • Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
  • cans tomato soup - 2 1/2
  • medium potatoes, diced - 4 item
  • cans chopped clams - 2 item
  • sticks celery, sliced - 2 item

How to make clam chowder:

All all ingredients except clams in a 6-quart pot. Cook vegetables until tender. Add clams and juice last. Simmer 15 minutes, then serve. Makes 8 servings.
