Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- parsley - 1 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- large carrots, sliced - 4 item
- boneless chicken breast - 1 pkg
- sticks celery, sliced - 2 item
- bouillon chicken flavor - 4 item
How to make chicken soup:
Add all ingredients into a 3-quart pot. Cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is done. Then remove chicken, cut into small pieces and return back into pot. Simmer 10 minutes, then serve with noodles. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Whole chicken.
