  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • bacon - 12 oz
  • cans milk - 2 item
  • to 12 peeled potatoes - 8 item

How to make potato soup:

Brown bacon and onion; drain. Crumble bacon. Cook potatoes in small amount of water until tender. Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Cook until heated thoroughly. Do not boil. Add cheese and cook until melted. Season to taste. You can add more milk if needed.
