Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- nuts - 1 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream margarine, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to all together. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured angel food or Bundt pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
