Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- bananas - 5 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- chopped cherries - 1/2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Mix crumbs and 1 stick oleomargarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix powdered sugar, eggs and 2 sticks margarine and beat 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Slice bananas onto filling, add pineapple and then cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle on nuts and cherries. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
