Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 1 c
- cocoa - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- instant coffee dry - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate mocha cake:
Put dry ingredients into a large bowl, then add eggs, oil and cold water. Stir to mix well, then gradually add boiling water. Mix well. Batter will be thin. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or two (8-inch) pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 350&deRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low fat.
