Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3/4 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- all-purpose flour
How to make black magic cake:
Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling water. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch or three 8-inch cake pans or into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes for the layers, 35 to 40 minutes for the 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
