Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- water - 1 oz
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- instant coffee - 1 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- box 10x sugar - 1 item
How to make chocolate mocha cake:
Cream butter and sugar until light or fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and cream alternately with milk. Beat 1 minute. Bake at 300° in 3 (9-inch) cake pans that have been greased and floured for about 25 minutes. Cool.Mix the coffee in the water. Let stand. Mix the 10x sugar, cocoa and margarine. Add coffee mixture, blending well. Spread between each layer and sides. You can add finely chopped nuts to sides and top.
