  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • sour milk - 1 c

How to make chocolate mocha cake:

Cream butter. Add sugar and beaten egg. Dissolve soda and cocoa in sour milk and add to mixture. Work in the flour slowly. Beat 100 times. Place the mixture in a well-greased, 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
