Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- large can Chinese noodles - 1 item
- large can Chinese vegetables - 1 item
- to 3 whole chicken breasts - 2 item
How to make chinese chicken casserole:
Mix together chicken (stewed and removed from bone), chicken soup (undiluted), Chinese vegetables (drained), mayonnaise, water chestnuts (drained) and 1/2 Chinese noodles. Mix well. Place in a baking dish. Garnish with remaining noodles. Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
