Chicken aloha
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- bottle catsup - 1 oz
- cooked rice - 1 item
- green pepper, coarsely chopped - 1 item
- to 8 chicken breasts - 6 item
- can pineapple chunks with juice - 1 oz
- can cream of tomato soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make chicken aloha:
Place chicken in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Chicken, Main dish.
