- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 16 oz
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- white wine - 1/4 c
- chicken - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- whole tomatoes - 16 oz
- cloves finely chopped garlic - 3 item
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Cook chicken in olive oil until done. Add garlic, onion and green pepper; cook 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, celery seed, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cook 1/2 hour, covered.
