  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • chicken broth - 2 c
  • white pepper - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • sliced mushrooms - 2 c
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • hot oil - 1 c
  • water chestnuts - 1 c
  • pea pods - 2 c
  • raw chicken breast 2-inch strip - 2 c

How to make chinese chicken:

Saute chicken in hot oil 5 minutes each side. Add pea pods, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Cook uncovered for 7 minutes. Stir often. Season with all seasons; thicken chicken broth with cornstarch. Add other ingredients. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle top with fresh cut green onions or slivered almonds. Serve with rice.
