Chili con queso
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- dash of garlic - 1 item
- Old English cheese - 1 lb
- can chilies and tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chili con queso:
Brown meat and onion; drain. Add tomatoes and chilies and garlic. Add cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve warm with Fritos. Makes a great filling for an omelet, too.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
