Chocolate zucchini loaf
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking soda
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- grated orange peel - 2 tsp
- cocoa powder - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini loaf:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in orange peel, zucchini and nuts. Turn into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
