Sausage and egg puff
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- ground pork sausage - 1 lb
- slices day old bread, cubed - 2 item
How to make sausage and egg puff:
Brown sausage; drain on paper towel. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread bread cubes over bottom. Sprinkle sausage over bread cubes. Spread cheese over sausage. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard. Pour over ingredients in dish. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
