Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- medium noodles - 4 oz
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- onions, chopped - 3/4 c
- salmon, drained and flaked - 1 lb
How to make salmon casserole:
Prepare noodles; drain. Cook onions gently in margarine. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder. Add milk. Cook, stirring, until thick. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cottage cheese.
