Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • medium noodles - 4 oz
  • margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • onions, chopped - 3/4 c
  • salmon, drained and flaked - 1 lb

How to make salmon casserole:

Prepare noodles; drain. Cook onions gently in margarine. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder. Add milk. Cook, stirring, until thick. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cottage cheese. Fold in salmon and noodles. Put in 2-quart casserole. Mix 2 table
