Beef tortilla casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- tortillas, broken in small pieces - 1 doz
How to make beef tortilla casserole:
Brown beef and season slightly with garlic salt and pepper. Mix into beef; soups, sauces and green chilies. Heat, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste and place in casserole alternating tortillas and sauce. Sprinkle cheese and onion between each layer. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 1/2 hour.
