- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- chili powder
- coarsely chopped onion - 3/4 c
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- cans hot chili beans - 3 item
How to make chili:
Mix meat, chili powder and flour; brown. Add onion and the remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
