Chili and beans



  • salsa - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • cans red kidney beans - 2 oz
  • chili powder to taste - 1 item
  • small, chopped onion - 1 item

How to make chili and beans:

Brown meat; add tomato paste and onion. Mix. Add beans; do not drain. Mix well. Add chili powder to taste. Simmer for 1 hour or longer. To serve, add grated cheese and salsa, if desired. Delicious with garlic bread, corn muffins or tortilla chips.
