- salt - 3 oz
- chili powder - 6 oz
- ground beef - 4 lb
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- tomato juice - 2 c
- red pepper - 1/3 oz
- suet - 1 lb
How to make chili:
Fry suet, then chop up onion and fry in the fat. Add ground beef, salt, chili powder and red pepper. Cook until done. Add to 6 pounds of cooked beans.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
