Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make funnel cake:
Sift dry ingredients together and add egg and milk. Beat until smooth. Heat oil, at least 1 inch in frying pan. Using a large funnel, fill with small portion of mixture. Let mixture run through spout into hot oil, forming figures of 8 or your own design. Brown, turn, brown other side.
