Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- popcorn, popped - 1/4 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Place popped corn in a large mixing bowl or roasting pan; set aside. Combine sugar and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 5 minutes. Pour immediately over popcorn. Stir gently with long spoon until all kernels are coated. (Be careful, mixture is hot and sticky and will burn you.)
