Chicken vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- chicken, cut up - 3 lb
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- instant chicken bouillon - 2 tsp
- stalks celery, cut up - 2 item
- potatoes, cut up - 2 item
How to make chicken vegetable soup:
Simmer chicken, water, onion, salt, pepper, parsley, marjoram and bouillon 1 hour. Add celery, potatoes and carrots. Simmer 1/2 hour more. Cut chicken from bones. Skim excess fat from soup.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Poultry.
