Cold peach soup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 c
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 tsp
- ripe peaches - 4 item
How to make cold peach soup:
Plunge peaches in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, peel, halve and stone. Puree peaches in blender. Transfer to saucepan and add wine, water, sugar, cinnamon and curry powder. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.Chill soup at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with a thin slice of peach.
