Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- small jar mushrooms - 1 item
- can cheese soup - 1 item
- small jar chopped pimentos - 1 item
- broken pieces spaghetti - 3 c
- whole fryer, cooked and cut in small pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti until tender and drain. Cook chicken until tender; pick from bones. Cut in small pieces. Add pimentos, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, salt, chicken broth, soup and about 2/3 of grated cheese. Toss until all ingredients are covered. Put in greased casserole and sprinkle top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour."This dish can be frozen for later use."
