Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth 2 bouillon cubes in 2 c - 2 c
- whipping cream - 2 c
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 14 oz
- cooked cubed chicken - 4 c
- cans sliced mushrooms - 2 oz
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in broth and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in spRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
