Chicken quiche
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- bacon, chopped - 1/4 c
- 9 inch pie crust - 1 item
- milk approximately - 1 c
- chicken, chopped and cooked - 1 c
How to make chicken quiche:
Saute onion and bacon in butter until tender and brown. Set aside. Mix cheese and flour until covered and set aside. Mix cream, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Add onion and bacon mix, cheese mix and chicken. Pour into pie crust and bake at 425° forRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Savory pies.
