Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced celery - 2 Tbsp
- chicken, cut up - 2 to
- rice - 3/4 c
How to make oven chicken and rice:
Mix together all ingredients except chicken and paprika. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 375°. Remove foil and bake 10 to 20 minutes more.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
