Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cooked diced chicken
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 oz
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 4 c
- soup can of milk - 1 3/4
- chopped green bell pepper optional - 1 c
- finely chopped onion 1 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed on package until al dente; drain. Saut onions in margarine. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put in a baking dish (13 x 9). Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
